To help our client meet the challenge of reducing the volume of customer calls to their Support Center, we proposed creating a series of online Customer Help Videos, that would present what can be mundane and utilitarian content in an whimsical, engaging manner.
The POC video we took a day to shoot and put together ourselves, generated a client order of over 30 videos.
